Returns & Exchanges

At Relax The Back, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your own skin; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
